Synopsis:

A Basque terrorist is released from prison after twenty-five years just as the organization’s leaders are negotiating a ceasefire with the Spanish government. Disappointed by his former comrades, he decides to act on his own and hide in a town in the mountains of the Ripollès region, perhaps preparing a new attack. From the anonymity of his hideout, he discovers old wounds that set the townspeople against each other. He is confronted with another sort of violence, one which will force him to choose between his loyalties and the defense of innocents.
