It’s the beginning of 2015 and Valencia’s political scene is about to change to an extent that hasn’t been seen in decades... but no-one knows quite how. Marc Sendra, a journalist now working as a freelancer after leaving his newspaper, is writing a novel about a historic attack on the city centre. He is helped by old acquaintances such as Llargo, Messié, Father Rafel and Mítico Regino, as well as the retired detective Toni Butxana, the Torres brothers and former Captain Tordera. However, when they uncover new evidence of a kidnapping and murder and he tries to add them as extra features to the book, they end up becoming vividly relevant to the present.
